Dale Moverley, vice president and general manager, joined CFL in June 2011. He brings to his role extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering and a passion for safety, operational excellence and empowering people.
Dale received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Swansea in the United Kingdom (U.K.). After graduation, he progressed through a series of increasingly responsible manufacturing and engineering roles within the petrochemical industry, including positions with Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI), Union Carbide and Dow Chemicals in the U.K., USA and Canada. Dale relocated to Canada in 2003 with Dow Chemicals as (Technology Leader) at its Prentiss site in Red Deer and later worked for the joint venture company MEGlobal as Site Leader for the Prentiss assets.
Dale and his family live in the Medicine Hat community, where he serves on the board of directors of United Way, Southeastern Branch.
