• Includes two ammonia plants and one urea plant.
• Located on 160-acre site in Medicine Hat, Alberta (population: 60,000).
• Approximately 180 employees, as well as approximately 30 contract employees.
• Uses approximately 120,000 mmBTU of natural gas daily at capacity.
